During maintenance, they’ll run down an extensive checklist to ensure the system is in peak condition and locate potential problems early—before they become problems. The checklist includes checking on thermostat operation, tightening all electrical connections and measuring voltage and current on motors, inspecting the condensate drain, changing the air filter, and checking the system controls.
